This is the Godric's Hollow, a well known muggle village where the births of several infamous wizards have lived, including the Potters, the Dumbledoors and Bathilda Bagshot. It is the birthing place of Godric Gryffindor himself! There's a little village square, a church, a couple of shops and a post office.
