These are the Wizengamot Courtrooms - level ten. These are the courtrooms on which full on trial's are held. The courtrooms are quite daunting, with torches on the rough stone walls. There's a seat with chains for the offender in question, and they're surrounded by high benches upon which members of the High Court will sit.
